Limits of Liability on Bronze package

• 3 Days or 350 miles after purchase
• Charter will cover up to:
  • $500 toward Check Engine Light repairs
  • $500 toward 90 bit inspection

Limits of Liability on Silver package

• 10 Days or 750 miles after purchase
• Charter will cover up to:
  • $1,250 for a Check Engine Light repairs
  • $1,250 for any repairs on the preventative maintenances sheet

Limits of Liability on Gold package

• 15 Days or 1000 miles after purchase
• Charter will cover up to:
  • $1,500 for a Check Engine Light
  • $1,500 for any repairs on the preventative maintenance sheet

Limits of Liability on Platinum package

• 20 Days or 1250 miles after purchase
• Charter will cover up to:
  • $1,500 for a Check Engine Light
  • $1,500 for any repairs on the preventative maintenance sheet

Important Notes

For Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages, claims must be made within the applicable mileage limit or day limit, whichever comes first, and are subject to the dollar limits listed above. Items identified on the preventive maintenance inspection sheet will be repaired with parts of equal condition and will not be replaced with new parts. Any repairs must be completed by an OEM shop approved by Charter Trucks. Charter Trucks will not participate in repairs related to the engine, transmission, aftertreatment systems, or rear ends. An aftermarket warranty for those components may be available for purchase at the time of sale. Bronze package coverage applies to CEL repairs only.
