Power, style and functionality, this 2001 Peterbilt is a rare combination that is becoming shorter in supply with each passing year.
THE PETERBILT 379EXHD GLIDER TRUCK HISTORY
This Peterbilt 379EXHD Heavy Haul roamed the highways of Northern California hauling end dumps and low boys for a demolition company in the Bay Area. The company was forced to sell two of its favorite trucks in the fleet to meet CARB compliancy. The cab, frame and transmission of this Peterbilt 379EXHD were purchased new from the factory. The 600 horsepower factory 16-Liter CAT 3406E engine was also purchased new from a local CAT dealer. The owner built this 2001 Heavy Haul in his own shop and maintained the truck meticulously.
